Your First Visit
Please complete & bring the 3 New Patient forms with you on your first visit. Dr Long will listen to your concerns & ask focused questions to be sure she understands the best way to help you. She will give you a thorough exam. You will receive your first treatment after the exam. For the safety of all my patients, you will need to Wear a Mask.
